Should I remove a tree or large branch myself?

Removing a tree or large branch by a homeowner is NOT recommended as tree felling is considered one of the most dangerous occupations. In many cases, climbing at significant heights is necessary to safely and properly remove a tree or large branch and prevent damage or injury on the ground. Removing a tree or large branch can be extremely dangerous without the proper expertise, training and equipment. If the tree isn't cut down properly, you could seriously injure yourself or someone else and damage your home, power lines, fencing, garage, shed, deck, gutters, playground and more. Many people think they can simply use a chain saw to fell a tree. However, there is much more to tree removal. We strongly encourage you to leave it to the professionals. Can you provide me with an estimate over the phone?

No. It is impossible to adequately quote a tree job based on a photo or mapping software. We strongly discourage you from hiring anyone who claims they can quote your tree job in this manner. Every tree job is unique and requires a visual tree inspection and overall assessment of your property for hazard prevention and beautification.

How long will it take to receive an estimate and get on your schedule?

Typically, we can view your property within a day or two and provide a written estimate within 24 hours after the visual tree inspection. For non-emergency tree jobs, scheduling depends on the time of year. Between November and April, we can get you on the schedule within a week, weather permitting. From May to October, we are at our busiest and will make every effort to get you on our schedule within 1-2 weeks. For emergency tree jobs, we are available 24/7 by phone and can put you on the schedule as a top priority.

Are you fully insured?

Yes, we are fully covered on insurance and can provide you with an insurance rider/certificate specific to your tree job.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and check. We do not accept credit cards at this time due to the fees involved.
